• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, or infringing
• Use bots or software to manipulate views, votes, or metrics
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations

• You retain all rights to your content.
• By uploading content, you grant Duple IT Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, and display such content for platform operations, marketing, or promotional purposes.

• The Platform, including all logos, designs, source code, text, graphics, and other content, is the exclusive property of Duple IT Solutions or its licensors.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Event rules, prize structures, and eligibility will be publicly posted before each competition.
• Only authenticated users may vote; manipulation or fake activity will result in disqualification.
• Prize distribution may require identity verification and compliance with local tax laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account at our sole discretion for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Abuse or fraud
• Legal or security concerns

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Use of Reelage is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India.
